My understanding of yoga has evolved over the years — from a desire to alleviate the pains and aches from my younger years, to an understanding of the sustainable and ethical practices behind the slow food movement, to realizing that the physical yoga practice allows me to dive deeper into the emotional, mental and spiritual realms of my own human psyche.

I welcome you into my space as I attempt to understand the inner workings of trauma, and usage of yoga-based tools and philosophies to aid in the healing of self — enabling for the integration of mind-body-spirit.

I would like to thank my teachers Scott Petrie for his guidance and love, and Seane Corn for teaching me so much about yoga and social activism; Mommy and Daddy for your support and love; my friends from all around the world for your friendship.
